SUMMARY:2026 VA4WDA Annual Fall Run
DESCRIPTION:Registration will open July 25\, 2026 at 12:00 noon. All 200 spots will be available when registration opens. One registration per trail vehicle at $200 per ticket. \nAlso\, as part of the registration you will need to enter the following information. Please make sure you have this information available before clicking the button to purchase a ticket. \n\n\nName of the Driver\nAddress\nPhone Number\nE-mail Address\nWheeling vehicle License Plate\, Registration number\, and State issued\nInsurance Company and Policy number\nDriver License Number and State Issued\n\nYour registration includes:Camping\, guided four-wheel drive trails\, ports potties\, trash (dumpster)\, land use fees\, event insurance\, 1 meal ticket for Saturday’s dinner meal\, 1 Driver Raffle Ticket\, 1 Event Bag.\n\nExtra’s that are NOT included with the registration but can be purchased during registration: Extra meal tickets\, Men’s and Lady’s Event t-shirts\, Event Sweatshirts and Hoodies. \nYou must be a member of the Association to purchase a ticket and attend the event. If you are not currently a member and want to join so you can purchase a ticket\, go to http://va4wda.org/join. For only $15 per year\, you can be a member. \nThe proceeds raised from this event will be used to support keeping all public four wheel drive lands open and available for all the public to use\, for grant programs to repair and maintain the trails we currently use\, and to build new trails where we find the opportunity. We also raise money and have a food drive for the Nelson County Food Pantry. \nVA4WDA members donate their time as trail guides Friday and Saturday\, to prepare and serve the dinner meal on Saturday\, solicit for raffle prizes and sponsorships\, prepare the raffle stage\, and work the raffle on Saturday evening. Your trail guides donate their time and energy to keep the trails cleared of downed trees\, debris\, and brush. This event is one of the largest fund raising four wheel drive events on the East Coast. \nIn addition we have sponsorship tiers for vendors that want to attend the event: \n\n\n$1\,000 sponsorship = your Banner hung in a prime spot\, FB recognition\, Website recognition\, 2 registrations to include a meal ticket and driver bag\, Opportunity to speak to the crowd before the raffle starts\, Set up a table and product display in designated area to promote your business\n$500 sponsorship = your Banner hung in a prime spot\, FB recognition\, Website recognition\, 1 registration to include a meal ticket and driver bag\, Opportunity to speak to the crowd before the raffle starts\, Set up a table and product display in designated area to promote your business\n\nWe also welcome all product donations from any company. Along with a product donation\, we encourage you to send catalogs\, brochures\, decals\, display banners\, key chains\, can koozies\, tee shirts\, hats\, and any other promotional items. \nLinks to our sponsors and donors will appear on our website at www.va4wda.org and social media www.facebook.com/va4wda. Each sponsor and donor will be announced when their donation is raffled. Also\, sponsors and donors will be listed on a sheet contained in the driver’s bag. Sponsors and Donors are given the opportunity to join the VA4WDA as a business member and speak at our events.
